Please note, we do not sell tickets in advance ourselves, either over the phone or in person.
Music Glue is Bush Hall’s primary ticket provider. You can purchase tickets from Music Glue via our website.
Buying through the ticket agents listed is the only way to purchase tickets in advance for concerts at Bush Hall.
For sold out shows please email ella@bushhallmusic.co.uk including the show you wish to attend to see if their are any spaces on the reserved list. Ella will then reply accordingly.
For all non sold out shows, tickets can be purchased on the door on the evening of the show.
If you have purchased tickets in advance and need to collect on the door, you can do so from 7:30pm when the doors open.

Support begins at 8pm
Headliner on stage any time from 9pm.
Live music curfew 11:00pm

The only way to be absolutely sure of not missing anything is to turn up at 7:30pm when doors open.
Please note once you have entered the building we operate a no re-admission policy.

We are ½ km from the A40 and the Shepherd’s Bush Roundabout.
We do not have a car park.
Street parking in the near vicinity costs £2.20 per hour Monday – Friday until 5:00pm and is free Saturday and Sundays. Parking restrictions may alter due to football matches.

Bush Hall has access at ground floor level.
There are no steps into the building
We have a disabled toilet.
All carers accompanying those with disabilities for any gig or event will be admitted free of charge.
If a seat is required please ask at the box office and a seat will be provided for the duration of the performance.
Smoking is only allowed on the outside terrace on the first floor.
