Sold Out Shows
If a show is sold out in advance we can do nothing at that point to help you get a ticket, Bush Hall do not get any ticket returns.
Quite often, however, sold out shows have large guest lists, if 15 minutes prior to the headline act going on stage, a large proportion of the guest list have not turned up and we still have space in the venue we will then sell tickets to customers still wanting to get in. We do not allow people to reserve tickets which may be available on the door, this works on a first-come-first-served basis.

Running Times
Doors 7:30pm
Guide to Stage Times:
Support begins at 8pm
Headliner on stage any time from 9pm, depending on how many supports there are.
Live music curfew 11:00pm
Please note: These stage times are only guides based on the way that the majority of gigs run. There is no guarantee that an event will run like this. Often there will be more than one support act, which could mean things kicking off earlier or headline acts going on later, sometimes there is no support act, and the headliner may go on earlier. However the majority of gigs will run roughly like this. The only way to be absolutely sure of not missing anything is to turn up at the time of doors, which will be 7:30pm unless otherwise indicated.
We usually do not get the actual stage times for the evening until 4pm on the day of the gig.
