* 1am Late Licences can be applied for, depending on the event.

Hire Includes

PA, DJ decks, sound engineer, staging, lights, 3 phase power on 63 Amps, duty manager, bar and box office staff & 1 fully qualified SIA security/ doorman.

Promoters

Venue Hire £930 + VAT
3% of all tickets sales inclusive of vat or £33.35 minimum

Additional Costs

£50 per hour + VAT for extra hours (pre-4pm get in)
£20 + VAT Sound engineer early arrival (for early load-ins / soundchecks)
£90 + VAT Extra security (per security person required) £150 + VAT Dance floor
